f. is for frank was founded in 2007 and focused on custom designed architecture elements. Two years later, founders Shoshannah Frank and Casey Melton, launched their first jewelry collection out of their studio in Dallas, Texas. All of their pieces are designed, sculpted, cast and perfected locally and are mostly made of pewter (24-karat gold plated and rose gold plated pieces are also available). Their men’s collection includes belt buckles, necklace charms and cufflinks.
MENTORS NOTE: You’ll have to check out the fisforfrank site to see all of their stuff, but for now, lets focus on cufflinks. If you are one of the guys that has to where cufflinks to work (or just one that likes to dress up), you HAVE to check out their collection. Each cufflink is individually made in their Dallas studio and touched by human hands throughout the whole process. We got a sneak peak of this process and its amazing!!! The designs are clean and masculine so you don’t have to worry about them looking like shirt jewels. We recommend having a pair in pewter and 24-karat gold plate. If you really want to stand out, get them to design you a custom pair. There’s a nice suggestion!
